On Wednesday I ran a Guerrilla Kindness workshop for the good folks at Laneway Learning. The participants get in on sewing a felt cupcake while I chat to them about my work and the ideas and inspiration behind Guerrilla Kindness. The participants are always lovely and they always ask some really interesting questions. I can’t wait to see some of the drops!
After the workshop, I was walking down the alley and found sitting on a doorstep a crocheted cupcake with a tag that read “Just For You”. How amazing is that? It was covered in glitter (super cheery!) and with its purple icing and yellow patty pan it was very reminiscent of my first For you, stranger drop.
I was awed to find it! I love other people are doing sneaky drops of kindnesses 🙂 It’s now sitting in pride of place on my bookshelf.
It had no name but whoever dropped it, thank you! You totally made my night.
